General Human Resource Information
Martin County is proud to partner with the American Sport Education Program (ASEP) to offer the most comprehensive coaching education program for youth sport organizations available anywhere in the country. ASEP's Volunteer Education Program features in-person and online Coaching Youth Sport courses.
We have updated our online application system. If you have previously applied for a position in Martin County, your log in and password will still be active. You will, however, need to re-enter the content of your application as that content could not be transferred into the new system. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Workshops to prepare individuals to become Substitute Teachers are held multiple times during the school year, but not during the months of April through August while school is not in session. Postings for Substitute Teachers will be available to accept applicants from September through April each year. The minimum requirement to become a Substitute Teacher is 60 hours of college credit, OR an Associates Degree.

 INDIAN RIVER STATE COLLEGE OPPORTUNITY (Click here to access form)
Enroll in course work at IRSC and the district will cover 2/3 of the tuition.
(1) Register (but do not pay) for the course you would like to attend.
(2) Complete the attached Fee Waiver form and bring it to the HR office in Building 20 for signatures.
(3) Return to the IRSC Registrar with the completed Fee Waiver form and the copy of your registration and pay for one credit of a 3 credit course.
